Booking requests

Submitting a form or receiving an automated acknowledgment creates a booking request only. Transportation is confirmed only after provider availability is verified and 305.TAXI sends an explicit confirmation.

Prices and payment

Quoted prices apply only to the trip details stated in the quote. Changes to route, stops, waiting time, passenger count, luggage or service time may change the price. Any required payment or authorization must be completed before service is confirmed.

Transportation providers

Transportation may be fulfilled by independent licensed and insured third-party transportation providers. Vehicle makes and models are not guaranteed; the confirmed service category, passenger capacity and luggage suitability control.

Passenger responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, schedule, passenger, luggage, flight, cruise and child-seat information and must be ready at the confirmed pickup time.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the customer-facing policy communicated for the booking; provider charges and customer refunds are evaluated separately.
