Transportation Provider Disclosure

305.TAXI provides a customer-facing booking and transportation-resale service. Transportation services are fulfilled by licensed and insured third-party transportation providers.

Unless expressly stated in a written confirmation, 305.TAXI does not own the assigned vehicle, employ the assigned chauffeur or represent that it holds the operating authority of the transportation provider.

A customer request is not confirmed transportation. Confirmation occurs only after an appropriate provider accepts the trip and 305.TAXI sends the customer an explicit confirmation.

Vehicle photographs and model references are illustrative. A specific make or model is not guaranteed; capacity depends on both passengers and luggage and is subject to the confirmed service class.

Provider identity and operational details may be supplied when required for service fulfillment. Confidential wholesale rates, provider costs and internal margins are not passenger-facing information.
